The organizational structure is led by the Founder and General Manager, Mohamad Abdelkarim Adawi, who oversees the overall strategic direction and operations of the company.
The management team includes branch management, marketing management, accounting management, business development, public relations and operations, and quality management departments, each responsible for ensuring efficient performance within their respective areas.
The company employs a total of 25 staff members, organized into four teams, with two members assigned to each team, working collaboratively at a high level of coordination and teamwork. Among the workforce, three employees hold master’s degrees while the others hold bachelor’s degrees. The team is characterized by strong qualifications, a solid work ethic, a high sense of responsibility, and honesty.
